Our tool holder system for medical technology

We have special product lines for these applications, because tool holders for high-speed machining are our specialty. High speeds do not allow any imbalance or vibrations, which can be caused by too high tolerances of the tool holders. Therefore, these tool holders must be manufactured in a far better accuracy than allowed by the DIN/ISO standards.

To produce tool holders as good as possible and not as good as necessary, this is what we do every day in search of perfection.

Titanium materials, stainless steel, dental materials and other state-of-the-art materials require specially designed tool holders with the lowest possible imbalance.
Our CentroGrip™ collet chucks are produced with a radial run-out of < 1 mµ. Shrink-fit chucks for high-precision machining are also available with a radial run-out of <1mµ. Diebold is ideally positioned for this with its fully air-conditioned production facilities and its proprietary measuring technology. The tool holders can be balanced to G0.1 if required for the entire speed range in which these tools are used. This is a quantum leap in the modern machining world.
