The vehicles are equipped with all Diebold products so that we can demonstrate them to you and you can test them right away. With these your tool holders can be checked for accuracy.

Diebold Demo-Vans service:

• In the demo van, your tool holders can be randomly checked for accuracy.
• If deviations of the taper accuracy from the DIN/ISO standards are detected, we offer you a quality check for all your tool holders.
• The axes of your machines and the spindles are measured with the test arbors brought along and the retraction force of the spindle clamping systems is checked with the clamping force testers.
• Data can be used to check whether spindle is in order or a spindle reconditioning is necessary.
