High range of manufacture

Use the competence and infrastructure from Diebold for the production of your components. When you are looking for a partner for the manufacturing of complex and high-precision parts in small up to medium quantities, Diebold is the right address. Diebold products are known for their exceptionally high precision and they are 100% "Made in Jungingen" Germany. Our customers have appreciated this for years and they are familiar with the performance of Diebold`s spindles and the accuracy of the Diebold Goldring tool holders and our measurement products.

CNC-Milling

Modern three and 5-axis milling machines, fully automated with robot cell and zero-point clamping systems, are available for the production of your precision parts in the best quality and maximum cost efficiency.

CNC-Turning

Our state of the art Turn-Mill Machines offer increased productivity and excellent process integration. With our climate control concept even in the turning department, we have built a new accuracy step for turn-mill parts.

Grinding

Decades of experience in cylindrical grinding make us specialists. Bore grinding or external grinding with an accuracy of up to 1 µ is the competence of our workers and our state-of-the-art Swiss grinding machines that are operated in a fully air-conditioned environment.

Assemblies in our clean room

Take advantage of our expertise in component assembly through to the test run and documentation of your assembled products. By the work in our clean room we can guarantee the highest quality for your products. Use this advantage to stand out from your competitors.

Measuring and Documentation

Our class 2 quality measuring room houses two Hexagon CMM machines, one PMMC and one PMM-Xi series of the highest level of accuracy. These CMM`s do not only apply to the measurement of the components manufactured by us, but also for high-precision service tasks. A comparison or an independent proof of the dimensional accuracy of your production parts will bring enormous benefit to your products and customers.

Balancing

Why buy a balancer if it isn't your core competence? We balance several thousand components per year since most of our tool holder products and spindle components need to be balanced. Therefore Diebold is a specialist in balancing. We use balancing machines from well-known manufacturers with horizontal or vertical balancing.

Hard-turning

Hard turning enables the machining of materials with a hardness >64 HRC. In addition, our high-precision hard turning machines enable us to achieve a surface quality below Ra 0.2 and concentricity accuracies of less than 3μm.This means that grinding can be replaced by hard turning in many situations, saving a great deal of time and thus enabling components to be manufactured more cost-effectively.

Since many years our manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we are also Aerospace Industry certified by NF EN 9100: 2018.
