Combined studies in mechanical engineering combines practical training at Diebold with a university degree.
After the training period, you will graduate as an industrial mechanic as well as a Bachelor of Engineering. Therefore, you have a double qualification with a strong practical orientation. As an industrial mechanic you acquire the necessary know-how to manufacture tools and machine parts yourselves.
After 2.5 years at the latest, the in-company training is completed with the IHK final examination.
The studies in mechanical engineering expand this practical experience with the comprehensive knowledge of an engineer about production processes and product development.
After another two years, the university degree will be awarded at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University.
The complete training therefore lasts only 4.5 years.

School training
1st year of apprenticeship: mini block 2-3 days in 14 days
2nd year of apprenticeship: mini block
