Diebold legal update

To our valued customers:

As you may be aware we have been involved in a legal action brought against us by Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. of Rockford, Illinois. Many accusations were made as regards the legalities of our sales of Ott-Jakob power drawbars and components.

We are pleased to announce that Advanced Machine & Engineering has withdrawn all charges, and that the lawsuit has been dismissed. Please note the letter of apology and stipulation of dismissal reproduced here.

We will continue to offer the best possible prices backed by FACTORY TRAINED personnel - for the Ott-Jakob power drawbar as well as all our other products.

We hope that an atmosphere of free and open competition will benefit us all in the long run, and we thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
